This is one of my favorite summertime sandwich-meals. You know, for those nights when you come home and have no idea what in the hell to cook, and also you don't really feel like cooking anyway so you want something, quick, tasty, easy--and in an ideal world, sort of healthy. This is where this little wrap sandwish comes in for me...1) Whip up some fresh guacamole and slather onto a tortilla.2. Top with a handful of sprouts3. Shred some sharp white cheddar on top4. Saute some boneless chicken breast and toss that on top of everything. Wrap it up, baby, and enjoy. Dinner, done, 15 minutes flat.

Really, the best thing about these instant sort of dinners is that you now have extra time to pour yourself some lovely little summer cocktail, sit on the back step and listen to the crickets...
